This month’s selection is TITLE Boxing Club which champions the fighting spirit in each person by providing an authentic and transformative, full-body workout that unlocks their inner power. All clubs have a ‘fitness over fighting’ motto, and no real fight training is allowed inside the clubs. Their signature Power Hour classes are meant to challenge each individual at every fitness level to obtain optimum workout results.
This is a results-oriented workout designed to burn fat while building muscle providing a total body workout that burns 1000+ calories per hour. The value proposition is that the members receive unlimited “personal training quality” workouts for one fixed monthly price.
The fitness industry as a whole is experiencing explosive growth, but according to Popsugar.com, 2016 was the year that boxing officially dethroned cycling as the number one most popular workout. Not only are celebrities and athletes drawn to the fierce and empowering workout, but this workout also helps men and women fight back not only against weight gain but also anxiety and stress. Women are their larger audience – “Fight Like a Girl” takes on new meaning.
