These jobs are paid for by Homeowners insurance / property insurance (“Personal Property” line Item). And again, this service has to be provided – there is no choice.
VERY little competition – one other large player in the space nationwide . The rest are mom and pops. You will be the referrer of choice.

- You need Liquid capital of $150K and net worth of $250K to qualify
- You need a passion to help others and the ability to build relationships.
- You should have either a business development background or
- Experience in management/customer service (hiring the business development manager)

- Number, Type of Employees: 3 to 4 – Operations Manager, Sales Manager (owner can fill one of these two roles), two technicians.
